Task: Research on of the disorders discussed in Modules 27 through 29. Find information beyond the text and teach it to the class. You may do this as a live presentation or as a documentary that the class will watch.
Procedure:
Begin with the reference material in the library and with http://www.mentalhealth.com/.
- Research and give detailed descriptions and possible treatments of the disorder.
- Find a case study of someone with the disorder. Describe their symptoms, how the disorder affects their life, and treatments.
- Create a visual aide such as a poster, PowerPoint, Prezi, or flyer that helps the audience understand the disorder.
- Cite your sources in MLA format.
